Put BP Out of Business

BP is a perfect example of why we should not ever limit jury awards.  BP knowing and intentionally put making more than enough money over the rights and welfare of people.  Punitive damages are available in civil suits to punish companies for such wrongdoing.  Compensatory damages are available to reimburse people for their losses.  Punitive damages are available to punish companies for wrongdoing such as that in the case of BP.  It is jury who make such awards, not lawyers.  The constitutional right to a trial by jury must be preserved, and caps should not be allowed to be put on jury awards.  In addition, we should all boycott BP to put it out of business.  Please do not buy gas from BP.
